Notify Victoria leisure in writing the dates that you wish your new membership and monthly payments to be frozen from. Memberships can be frozen for the minimum of 1 calender month and the maximum of 6 months within a 12 month period.
Notify Victoria Leisure in writing and your monthly payments and membership can be frozen for the period of time that you are unable to use the facilities. Third Party confirmation of illness/injury from a medical source may be required. Memberships can be frozen for the minimum of 1 calender month and the maximum of 6 months within a 12 month period.
Your membership can be transferred once your friends details have been supplied and they have a Direct Debit mandate, credit agreement form and agreement to terms and conditions of the monthly payment scheme.
Important Notice - Written notification for alteration of payments must be received by Victoria Leisure 10 days prior to the next collection date.
