• Monday-Friday   6.15am- 10.00pm
• Saturday          9.00am - 7.00pm
• Sunday            9.00am - 6.00pm

Please note that the club facilities close 15 mins prior to times listed above to allow time for showers and changing.

We run on restricted hours over Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays - please see this page nearer the time for details.
