You will have been working within the industry, and can demonstrate a real commitment and skill when communicating with others with energy and enthusiasm.
Classes qualifications would be an advantage but not essential, as you can progress these within Victoria. We can agree together your ongoing training goals, interests and targets.
30 – 40 hrs p.w. and other cover possible when available. Customer engagement, Inductions, refresher programmes and group sessions either in agreed class instruction or 'ad hoc' in the gym. Also, basic administration on the front desk on certain shifts and in the Leisure club on membership sales.
General cleaning/housekeeping/leisure equipment management, and duties as required on site.
It’s crucial to be able to work weekend shift hours, and some early morning, or lock up shifts to 9pm.
Staff use of the facilities out of work hours.
Pay scale agreed dependent on experience, qualifications and skills attained to date in previous employment roles.
Company pension available and statutory holiday pay.
