Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics is a low impact, fun fitness class performed in our family pool, combining cardio, strength and flexibility exercises. It is suitable for all ages & abilities as the water provides support and resistance.

Body Shape
The Body Shape class focuses on strength training with free weights to help build muscle and improve overall fitness. Designed for all skill levels, this class provides expert guidance in a supportive environment.

Combat Circuit
A group fitness class consisting of multiple stations all inspired by mixed martial arts, finishing off with an abs blast for conditioning.

Legs Bums & Tums
LBT is a class primarily focusing on building strength & toning the lower body including; the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes and abdominal muscles. Suitable for all abilities and great for improving strength & endurance as well as burning calories.

Pilates
Improve your core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through guided mat-based exercises. Suitable for all skill levels, this session offers a focused and supportive environment for achieving your fitness goals.

Pilates (Stretch)
Designed to enhance flexibility, strengthen your core, and promote stress relief through controlled movements and guided stretches. Suitable for all levels, this class provides a balanced workout to improve overall well-being.

Redefine your fitness. Elevate your lifestyle. Buy class packs and book in with Reformer Collective via their dedicated booking portal.

Spin
This class is a high-intensity cycling session designed to build endurance and strength through guided workouts on static bikes. Suitable for all fitness levels, this group class offers an engaging way to challenge yourself and achieve your fitness goals.

Squash
Book our glass-backed court for some fast-paced racquet sport. If struggling to access the bookings portal, you can simply call to book via Reception on 01704 541220.

Studio Circuit
A dynamic group workout class featuring multiple stations designed for targeted exercises to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class offers a structured and engaging way to achieve your fitness goals in a supportive environment.

Studio HIIT
A high intensity dynamic workout that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief periods of rest or low intensity movement. Designed to challenge your body physically and mentally, pushing you to your max effort.

Tai Chi
A gentle form of exercise aimed at relaxing the body, reducing stress and slowing conditioning & strengthening the whole body, often called moving meditation.

West End Dance Fit
'Consider yourself, our mate!' Starting in 2026. Join Jenny for this West End dance-inspired fitness class. All abilities and life stages welcome. Designed to keep your endorphins high, toes tapping and smiles aplenty.

Yoga
Our Yoga class unites your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels, ages & abilities. Classes aim to build strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range on motion.

Young at Heart
A gentle exercise workout to music for those maintaining fitness in their prime years, consisting of simple dance routines, muscle toning exercises and stretches.

Zumba
Zumba is a dynamic dance fitness programme that blends Latin and international music with energetic choreography, creating a calorie burning, fun-filled workout experience.

Please note the following prior to booking

Non-members
Giving our classes a try to see if this is your kind of place, no problem! All Classes can now include non-members aged 16 and over. You can book and pay £10 in advance per class at Reception or over the phone for all classes use. Alternatively, a new 6 class pass has recently been added to our website for non-members thinking of joining Victoria.

Timing
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your Studio class is due to start, and leave all studios immediately after the class to allow time for cleaning. If you have any medical conditions the instructor should know about, please speak to them before your class begins.

Changes
Our class timetable can occasionally change throughout the year due to demand. We always give notice to scheduled changes at least 7 days ahead.

Capacity
- Studio One: 24 people
- Spin Studio: 18 people
- Aqua Family Pool: 28 people

Minimum Attendance
Any class with less than 4 participants sadly cannot operate and is subject to cancellation*
