Our qualified team of friendly Gym & Class Instructors are here to make your goals theirs too! Across our three gyms, we have always been a team who get to know and care about our members. We'll help you train and sustain your new fitness regime in 2025, guide and support you in understanding which types of programmes are right for you.

More changing facilities than any other operator, for privacy and no rushing. Gents and Ladies main changing rooms, showers and lockers -just use the locker key no coins needed. Individual cubicles around the Family Pool. 3 Family changing rooms. Take advantage of no contract monthly Direct Debit - just 1 month's notice required.

Our family Gym caters for 11 >15 years with free training plan. Our facilities are the ultimate way to combine your exercise and wellness with theirs.
Spend quality time as a family and enjoy all the club has to offer with 2 Pools for Children and Juniors, and a 3rd Adult only pool 16yrs plus.
