    IMPORTANT:- last time to request a link will be as follows:

    Morning classes. 7pm the night before.  

    Afternoon classes. 12 noon on the day of the class.

    MEDICAL ADVICE

    • You should speak to your doctor before becoming much more physically active if you have not exercised regularly recently or if you are pregnant. 
    • You should not participate if you have any back injury issues
    • You should delay becoming more active if you feel unwell because of a temporary illness such as a cold or fever – wait until you feel better.
