Non-Members:

• Pre-booking and pre-payment required
• Call reception at 01704 541220 to book
• Non-members under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool

Guests of Members:

• No pre-booking required
• Pay fees at reception
• Must be signed in by a paying member aged 16 and over

Day Pass Pricing and Policies:

• No time limit or restricted access times
• Limited number of passes available weekly
• Pass cost can be refunded if you join as a member (simply keep hold of your receipt)

Prices:

• Adult: £20.00
• Children (0-15 years): £10.00

Notes:

• Subject to availability, non-refundable for non-attendance
• Full shower required before entering pools
• Hot Spa facilities accessible for users aged 16 and over

Yes, two options are available:

1. Bring children/juniors as guests (see above)
2. Add children to your membership:

• Ages 0-15 years
• £15 per child per month (Direct Debit)
• £25 for a one-off month
• Family membership options available on website or at reception

Child Facility Access:

• Unrestricted access to Learner & Family Pool with adult supervision
• No access to Adult pool, Sauna, Steam Room, or Heated Spa beds for health and safety purposes
• Gym use is prohibited for non-member children under the age of 16

Joining is simple:

• Sign up online at https://www.victorialeisure.com/join
• You can join monthly via recurring monthly payment or join for longer with a discounted payment in advance.
• This can be done online or at reception (account number and sort code required)
• Memberships are activated immediately upon joining

Club members aged 11-15:

• Can use Family Gym after staff induction
• No time restrictions after induction
• Cardio equipment only (no weights permitted)

Members aged 16 and over:

• Full access to all facilities

However, for;

Non-member children under 16:

• No gym access is permitted unfortunately

Children under 11:

• No gym access is permitted unfortunately

• No, these are not compulsory, but highly recommended
• Our free 'Health & Wellbeing' session includes:
• Medical questionnaire
• Blood pressure check
• Equipment usage instructions and guidance
• Facility recommendations
• Please note that a disclaimer will need signign if declining induction
• Free follow-up sessions are available - just ask your instructor on the day!

Please note that children under the age of 14 must be supervised in the pool itself by a competent adult swimmer at all times. Supervising parents and carers cannot just be watch from the poolside.

Freezing:

• Single payment (join for longer) memberships: 1-6 month freeze allowed, added to membership end date
• Direct Debit: Minimum 2-month freeze, £5 monthly charge, 10 days notice required

Cancellation:

• Email info@victorialeisure.com
• 30 days notice required for all Direct Debit memberships

All freeze/cancellation requests are confirmed/processed within two working days

• Refunds are not provided for non-use or attendance
• Memberships can be transferred to another person if you inform our team by emailing info@victorialeisure.com

• Our changing room lockers do not need a coin to be operated - and there's no need for your own padlock either.
