    • LOCKDOWN GUIDE

Following the UK Gov's announcement on January 4th implementing a third UK lockdown, leisure and gym venues along with thousands of businesses regrettably had to temporarily close.

This Lockdown Guide includes all you need to know about COVID Time Lost Protection. We have added this to all memberships in line with our terms and conditions so you won't lose out.

    • IMPORTANT REMINDERS

As with the previous national lockdown, memberships are protected for significant time lost. Here's everything you need to know about our membership guarantee.

      You won't lose out

Monthly & single payment members will have the value of lost calendar months re-issued to their membership.

      We appreciate your support

But we understand your possible need to FREEZE the full value of your monthly direct debit. This can be done via the Membership Protection form at the bottom of this page.

      We've made it easy

We've written two mini-guides for both monthly and single payment members to read before choosing what to do.

      Membership Mini-Guides
    • MEMBERSHIP GUIDANCE

We've made it easy to freeze your membership if you're a monthly payer.

      I PAY BY DIRECT DEBIT

      1. Keep your membership running. If you can manage to do this, you don't need to do a thing and we deeply appreciate it. We will re-issue you with any time lost providing the closure exceeds four full weeks. When the club reopens and you return, this will involve one of the following two options depending on your preference.

      • Reducing your monthly direct debit payments by 50% to reflect the monetary value of the time lost.
      • A direct debit holiday to reflect the time lost.

      2. FREEZE your membership. This costs just £5 per month. By doing this, you will secure your current monthly rate during lockdown from future price changes for 12 months! To do this, simply complete the membership protection form at the bottom of this page including the name(s) of those on your membership followed by your Member ID number and the word FREEZE.

Please kindly note* Victoria Leisure Club does not operate a cash refund policy. We are also not permitted to discuss personal membership enquiries via social media or over the phone due to data protection and furlough constraints. Therefore if the membership protection form at the bottom of this page does not solve your query, please email victorialeisure@hotmail.co.uk and we'll endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

I HAVE PAID VIA SINGLE PAYMENT

You will not lose out! You also don't have to do a thing so that means no forms to fill in! We will automatically pause your membership from the start of the closure on Tuesday 5th January 2021.

When the club reopens, we will add the exact number of calendar days lost during the local lockdown to the end date of your existing single payment membership.

      JANUARY/FEBRUARY RENEWAL OFFER

If you have received your renewal notice with a special offer option, you can pay direct via BACS. As with hundreds of people during the first Lockdown, these payments are extremely helpful to Victoria Leisure - your staff team thank you again. Any questions please email victorialeisure@hotmail.co.uk
