Working out from home may be new to you as it is for many!
As with any form of exercise or physical exertion (irrespective of your experience level or exercising for the first time) it is your responsibility to seek medical advice if;
- You are not confident or have an existing condition, or suspect something may not be right.
- You are concerned or unsure about your blood pressure or weight.
- You have experienced chest pains or breathlessness.
